Description: Original WW2 German "HEERESKARTE" ('Army Map') of HUNGARY entitled "VILANJ" which features a stretch of the border with OCCUPIED YUGOSLAVIA. It's headed “Nicht für die Offenlichtkeit” - meaning “not intended for public use”. Has had some margin trimming at some point in its history. This map is one of a large collection captured by the Yugoslavian authorities at the end of the War and repurposed for their own official matters - hence the post-war ink stamp.
