Description: Windstone Editions Curled Dragon – Copper Patina Warts and all “Copper Patina” Curled Dragons. These Curled Dragons are pieces that had slight casting defects. Normally we would have destroyed these, but we have devised a way to make use of otherwise perfectly good dragons by painting them with a textured “distressed antique” finish that enhances the surface flaws with patina and makes them beautiful. A few random scales are highlighted with brighter gold or copper, which resembles fall leaves. We all think they are gorgeous; they look like weathered cast bronze. We have given this batch teal eyes and blue ziron jewels. These dragons vary slightly in texture and color because every one of these dragons is an individual. These are unsigned limited production. These are individually hand-painted and markings may vary very slightly. You may find that different lighting displays the colors differently as well.
