This carved Soapstone piece depicts three Monkeys, as the "see, speak, and hear no evil" portrayal. It is beautifully hand-carved, and is from China. It has exceptional detail, with each monkey individually carved and the whole sculpture is out of one piece of soapstone. It measures 2 3/4 in high x 3 1/4 in total length x 1 1/8 in wide across the base. Condition is excellent vintage, very collectible, and has no damage of any kind.
