Metal grommets hold the face pieces together; item has cord hanger strung through metal grommets. Streamers are made from thin plastic. Measures 7 inches wide by 35.5 inches long (without hanger). Item likely dates from the 1980s era, possibly late 1970s.This is a used, pre-owned item. The plastic head has a rip on the bottom of one side (see photos). Some of the convex aspects of the face are pushed in (see photos). There are some small dirt marks here and there.
