Description: You are bidding on this nice Vintage Solid Wood Blonde Veneer Full Size Bookcase Headboard. The headboard has a book shelf, and also a storage shelf with a cover the pulls down. The headboard is made of solid wood, with a Blonde Veneer finish. It is in need of refinishing, as it has a lot of surface scratches and dings on it, but it is solid, and sturdy. I am unsure of the age of the headboard. It was made by International Modern by Marrle with Craveneer wood products. It has had a hole cut into the back at the top, but it does not show from the front unless you look under the top of the headboard. I assume that this was done to allow for cords to run through. The headboard is free standing and would just simply be placed at the head of the bed. It is 39.75" tall, 54.5" long from side to side, and 9" deep front to back. It is a sturdy solid bookcase headboard, made for a full size bed, and would be a nice fixer project. It is a very nice vintage piece.
