Although the tea set itself is in good condition considering its age, the box unfortunately was not well preserved. The tea set is a great idea as a gift for kids aged 4-11 years. There is some fading of color on some of the saucers, and I noted some very tiny chips on the top opening of the tea pot and the same on the top opening of the creamer. Please see photos to see details of the pieces. I hope you can see past the damaged box and be able to appreciate the lovely little tea set I am trying to rescue. This was not from my personal collections. I don’t know it’s history. I do want to find it a good home.
