Description: This is the less common swivel lower jaw version of the 1607.It appears the Phillips screw that holds the jaw in place has been replaced with a screw that is 1/8" too long so it sticks out from the jaw side. You may wish to find a shorter screw. I have left the tool as found. (red pen photo) Signs of age & use with finish loss & surface corrosion.Tool operates properly.
