Description: It is 4.75" H x 11.25" W. overall excellent condition. I was able to find one chipped flower as you can see in the close-up photo. It does have a maker's mark on the bottom but I don't know what manufacturer it is. It was made in Germany. The little cherub babies are very well done. It is such a beautiful bowl. The flowers on the inside are decal. Not hand painted. The flowers around the edge are hand-painted and applied porcelain.
