The Pirate is wearing a green bandana in a white shirt with a reddish brown vest and in green pants with a red belt supporting a large knife. He is carrying a silver 'chest'. He has a peg leg and one black shoe. The stopper has the original cork, which appears to have been glued and has a bit of wear. There is a small chip on the back of the bandana attached to the stopper. On the bottom of the decanter there is a legible sticker that reads "Pirate Decanter After Shave Lotion - 3.6 FL OZ. - Made in Japan" and "Fuller Brush Company - East Hartford, Conn., 06108 - Made in U.S.A. Approx. 7 1/4" Tall x 2 1/2" Wide. Base is 1 3/4" by 2". The top opening has a 1/2" Diameter. Circa 1960's.
