Description: This is a hard-to-find unusual rule being one used by a hat maker to size the hats. It is marked on the edge J. B. Mask Co. New York.It has the brass slide that slides out for measurements. One side has very legible hat sizes and wording size head hat. Other side has inch increments. The total closed length is 5 1/8".
