Vintage Framed & Signed "MCARTY" - Pond & Tree Landscape Oil Painting Beautiful

Description: So I do not know much about this. I found this exactly as it looks now. It appears that whoever framed this did not do the best framing job. The back is a little loose. It looks like the edges were cut by a dull knife. There appears to be a few chips. The art is 5” x 7”. The first thing I would do would be to reframe this. Especially since it is 5” x 7 it is easy to find frames for this size. The art is beautiful. It looks to be an original. Lately it seems that every job I do, my clients have been providing me with items they either no longer need, want or have room for. My reputation as a mover has always been very good, but my eBay store reputation is growing rather quickly. I literally get calls from clients asking me if I would be interested in selling things for them. I am so grateful to be offered these belongings. I get a little bit of everything.
