Description: My wife was given many items during her years in Hollywood, pieces from Academy Award winning actors, actresses, producers, directors. This lovely set, was not one of them. It was brought over pre-war from one of the friends of her family, from Germany or Austria. This lovely cloisonne' on copper set included a 3-3/4'' wide ashtray, a 4'' x 3'' by 2-3/16" to the center of the lid cigarette box, and a 2-5/8'' x 1-5/8'' by 7/8'' matchstick box holder. The set is in original condition and patina, as I will let the buyer decide what to make it show best! There is an original paper label on the inside of the matchbook holder that reads 'Made In C ' and 'No '.
