Description: Vintage Chalkware Figure, Dutch Girl with Ball.She reminds me of the Kathe Kruse dolls, her face sculpt, the body, her dress of that period. She is unmarked.I believe this was made by Alexander Backer Co, or ABCO, a NYC company around Mid 1900s.The only other examples I have seen in this sculpt was by that company. The girl is as pictured, these FLAWS noted: * a scrape in the front hem of her dress, pictured* a couple of small dings* there looks like a crack on her neckline in back, but it does not extend through, pictured. Appears is in the finish only.Otherwise, she has typical signs of wear for being around 70-80 years old! No smoking no pet household.Please message me with any questions!
