It is in working condition with a few scuffs on the wood base.There is a label on the base with the name: Price Products Bellmawr New Jersey Made in Taiwan. From the construction of the item, i would date it from the 30's to the 60's. Albert Price Products was established in 1929 and i believe this is an earlier piece of his. Anyone that has any information, i would love to know for sure what it is.
