Description: Good pre-owned condition Vintage Limited Edition Myron Cope Terrible Towel from the Iconic January 20, 1980 Super Bowl XIV, featuring Terry Bradshaw and the Pittsburgh Steelers. It is in pre-owned, good condition with normal wear to the lettering. The St. Mary's Tag and the edges of the towel are in good condition, no frays or rips. There are two long threads on the back of the towel, I've taken a picture of each of them. I have not trimmed anything or altered this towel in any way. I haven't even washed it, but I did put it into the dryer for five minutes on the fluff cycle without heat to freshen it up. This towel belonged to my parents. Each year, it was draped across the TV, along with a traditional gold Terrible Towel, at the start of the football season, and it stayed there until the end of the season. Then it was put away untilnext year. This is a one owner towel that has been tucked away for quite a few years. Now, it is time for it to go to its next home and its new place of honor. In case you're curious about the origin of the towel, I've included a brief history that I found on the internet (last three photos). If you need any more information, let me know. Returns accepted, the towel must be in the exact condition as it is now. Buyer pays postage for return shipping.
