Description: Welcome to my auction. Here a very nice Vintage Miss Barbie Body (small neck knob) but Body can also be used for an American Girl, Color Magic or Bend-Leg Midge head. Body is marked (c) 1958 MATTEL, INC. U.S. PATENTED U.S. PAT. PEND. with the number 1 on left cheek. Body is clean with no stains, no chews, no bites, no splits, no pricks (except factory pricks). Limbs are night and tight. No splaying or wobbling of either leg. Original finger polish is very nice and as shown. No toe polish as appropriate. Front torso and back excellent. Both knees snap (hard click) and each holds all 3 positions just fine. The only thing to mention is some age wear to the neck knob (see closeup photo) and when you shake the body can near a tiny rattling noise. ***Please ZOOM in and view all PHOTOS as they are part of the DESCRIPTION.
