Description: Vintage Mens hair cutting tool it is called the Barber King. It was made in the USA by Spanel international LlC. Blades are used there is a dial to adjust the blades for length. I would imagine it probably is used like a comb on wet or dry hair. It is not for all different types of hair to clean it says rinse with hot water. I am not certain how sharp these blades still are they still appear to be in excellent condition. I do not have the kind of hair to test it myself. The tool is still a great piece to probably still be used or enjoy as a display item in a collection of vintage to antique grooming utensils. It is 7" in length.
