The lamp was manufactured in New York City by Artistic Brass & Bronze Works and is marked on the base. The oval drum shaped brass shade has a pierced brass gallery at the top and is painted white on the inside. A rotary switch is centered on the front of the base. The base of the lamp does not sit squarely on a table surface and wobbles a little. The lamp weighs 5 pounds 10.5 ounces and measures 19" in height to the top of the finial. The shade measures 5 3/8” in height, 10 1/2” by 7” at the top and 12” by 8” at the bottom of the shade. The oval base measures 10” by 5".As seen in the photographs, there is age appropriate pitting to the brass and discoloration to the two candle covers. Overall the lamp is in very good vintage condition.
