The superb handcoloring is period to the map, so few of these were done it was cheaper for them to have them handcolored, than printed color. The map is from the very rare 1915 E. Belcher Hyde Atlas of Suffolk County New York. The photo wont show the full beauty of the map. The size of the map is 11" by 17".
