Description: Vintage 1996 KMEL Staff Summer Jam T-shirt size XL. Shirt is in good used condition with no rips or tears. Shirt was from the concert held at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California. KMEL Summer Jam X 1996 featured artists: LL Cool J, D'Angelo, A Tribe Called Quest, Keith Sweat, SWV, Run DMC, De La Soul, Immature, Quad City DJs, Digital Underground, Az Yet, Jocelyn Enriquez, Color Me Badd. For the San Francisco Bay Area, it all began in the summer of 1987, but fifteen years later in 2002 it would all come to an end. It was the 106 KMEL Summer Jam, a Hip-Hop and R&B concert series that at one point was the largest radio concert taking place on the west coast, if not the entire country. One of my parents worked for BGP in the California Bay Area until they retired in the late 1990's. This shirt and many others have been stored until just recently while I was helping them clean out their house. Shirt measures: 23" pit to pit, 26" neck to hem.
