Description: Overall Excellent condition for this 1935 Patent version of Monopoly the board game, produced in 1936. Wood player pieces, Property deeds, Community Chest / Chance cards, wood houses and hotels and dice are ALL in Excellent+ condition. Appears to have played little, if at all. Property cards and money are flat and crisp and show little signs of handling. There are rubber band marks on a couple. Blue box and inserts in Very Good - Excellent condition. Matching board shows normal outside wear and fade from storage and use. Board front in Excellent condition. Please see all pictures for details as they are the best description.
