This is made in the USA, and has embroidered lettering and details on a sewn-on patch, and has 'scrambled eggs oak leaf clusters on the bill. Has the flat bill with the green underside. It was first commissioned in 1943, recommissioned and decommissioned 3 more times, with the final in 1991. It is currently dry docked in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.
