Description: Here is a spectacular Vietnam War item. The jacket and trousers from same fellow and is as worn by him----when he was the US Advisor to ARVN 9th Infantry---- and the other patch was for 15th ARVN Infantry Regiment. Been long time since I gathered the info---no 80, so please confirm. There is a MACV patch on each shoulder. There are very nice embroidery on the jacket (Major Rank, Infantry Branch, Army pilot Wings, Jump Wings, Last name and US ARMY tape. On the chest is the Vietnamese rank for Major. Then the two unit patches. I have posted a copy of the info I have on a tag---. I will leave the tag on the unform. This should be quite rare.
