Description: This "neckerchief, man's, cotton knitted" was issued to me some time between 2001 and 2013. It is a genuine United States Army issue item. It is a brown rectangle, about 60 inches by 30 inches. I don't really know what the Army expected me to do with it, but I never used it. Very good condition. National Stock Number or NSN appears to be 8440-01-148-4549. 100% cotton, made in the USA by Delaware Industries for the Blind. Some websites claim that the color is "coyote", but I don't think that's correct- I think it actually matches the old brown 436 t-shirts that were worn with the BDU.
