Description: Two vintage oval serving plates from J&G Meakin's Centenary collection. Made in England in 1951, the plates are crafted from glossy cream stoneware with red and gold trim. The bordered pattern adds a touch of elegance to any table setting. The set includes one plate measuring 12" x 9.5" and another measuring 14.5" x 11.5". Hand wash only. The plates are in excellent condition and come unboxed. Perfect for collectors of mid-century modern pottery. No chips or cracks but some of the gold trim has been worn off.
