Our standardshipping method is through USPS Priority as most of our shipping foam is cut toprecisely fit a priority USPS box. Our experience with USPSGround Advantage has not been positive and we have a strong preference against shippingthrough this method. Thank you for your understanding about this issue. Ourpackaging comes in a thick foam padding specially made and proven for safeshipping of chicken eggs. We alsoutilize bubble wrap between the layers of eggs for extra protection. We theextra mile in our packaging to ensure you receive fertile eggs.If youreceive broken or cracked eggs from USPS mishandling, please take photos immediatelyand file a claim with USPS. Every package is insured up to $100 butrequires photos as proof. It is very unlikely with how we package oureggs, but things do happen. If you do have an issue with broken eggs, pleasesend us photos as well. Although we donot offer returns, we want you to be happy and will do our best to work withyou. Due tothe nature of incubation, we do not allow for refunds. We take many precautions to ensure you get thefreshest eggs possible in the safest manner possible. Unfortunately, wecannot monitor incubation standards away from our farm. We highly suggestleaving the eggs large end up for a minimum of 24 hours after receipt in orderfor the air sac to settle giving you the best possible hatch rate. We alsosuggest candling the eggs, inspecting for cracks in the shell and status of theairsac prior to placement into your incubator Lastly. We highly recommend having your incubatorrunning at proper hatching temp (100.5F optimum) and humidity (50-55%) for 24hours before placement.
