Cooking Instructions Conventional Oven If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove from bag and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Grill If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on a rack and heat for 10 minutes. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Air-Fryer If frozen, defrost overnight. Pre-heat air-fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate half duck into two portions. Arrange portions on tray so they do not overlap. Air-fry for 12 minutes. Carefully remove product and allow to rest 1-2 minutes before serving. Because we are shipping perishable items, there are certain shipping guidelines we must follow to ensure your products arrive frozen.
