The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1st Appearance National Advertisement Ad Signed JSA

Description: Gunnar Hansen was the original owner and gifted to his friend, Landon Lee who had the biggest collection of horror memorabilia and Gunnar was one of his best friends. Anyhow, Gunnar gifted many items to Landon and worked with him at his famous Haunted House outside Nashville, TN. Ok, this is pretty amazing, you are looking at an actual first known mention or advertisement EVER for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre! The first one! This is the actual page from the September 9th, 1974 issue of "Box Office". The Texas Chainsaw Massacre came out October 11th, 1974. This advertisement promoted the movie 1 month before release and was the first preview advertisement to appear of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre! I don't have a photo of the actual magazine but I did include a photo of what the magazine looked like from 1974. Box Office magazine was the go to magazine in Hollywood before Variety rose to fame. Gunnar Hansen signed this beautiful advertisement piece which was authenticated by JSA and the serial number is # JJ33019. Comes with JSA Serial Card and has matching tamper proof serial sticker on the item. This advertisement page is in a two way viewing frame which measures 17.5x14 inches. Check out the blood effect as well. This is a helluva a piece. The framing is top of the line and includes "Conservation Reflection Control" glass (with 99% UV protection with glare reduction), wood frame, museum grade acrylic plexiglass (which is much more expensive than regular glass and makes the frame lighter to hang!).
