Paul is a former law clerk to a United States Federal District Court Judge. Following his clerkship, Paul worked in the litigation department of a major international law firm where he practiced in the areas of commercial and criminal litigation and corporate compliance. Following this position, Paul founded his own firm based in New York. Since entering private practice, Pauls clients have ranged the spectrum from Fortune 500 companies, construction contractors, startups, Washington lobbyists and white collar criminal defendants.
