Description: 2.25" long sash buckle marked "Sheffield Silver" on back. It is fully-functional and is ornately etched with a floral pattern. This was dug in an Confederate camp area near Brandy Station, Virginia. I purchased a box of Civil War items because I collect ephemera. This was part of the lot.
