They are great for music and also offer very precise articulation for movies, gaming, TV, etc. As with any DAC, experiment with different inputs. (Optical is convenient but not as strong -- this might be true with DACs generally.) Note: this is not a headphone amp. It's a pure DAC. Ships with original USB cable.
