Description: SIZEWISE Alternate Low Air Loss Technology Pressure Mattress controller / power head w/ CPR. I have only the part pictured, the mattress was lost in shipment and not recovered. It was manufactured in DEC 2014. Item is listed as used, because it has scuffs and is dirty (sides and back front is perfect) Item was a lost shipment and is new, even the protective cover still on the plug. I did remove it to test the unit, but stuck it back on. Electrical Components that do not use standard wall receptacles are not returnable once installed . Devices with a serial numbers will be recorded, any device without a serial number will be inconspicuously marked. All activity in the shipping and receiving area is recorded for future reference.
