Here in Argentina it is very common to modify and use these knives as EDC and to eat roasts and meats. The original handles made of natural material have some details specific to the material and time. They have been completely disassembled and restored. We have added a .925 silver ferrule. The cedar wood box recovered from the 1950s has been made by an experienced carpenter. A set of knives to show off to your guests.
