Description: Set of three (3) lovely vintage "Country Curtains" 2 tiered, fully lined "Aviary" valances. These valances features gold, brown and rust birds and green leaves on an antiqued gold background. The second tier fabric is coordinating stipes with covered button accents. The valances measures approximately 52" by 15". They were made in the USA of 53% cotton/47% rayon. Country Curtains was an iconic New England home goods store. They were known for their high quality, USA made curtain, linens, furniture, etc. When the owners passed and the stores were closed, some of their curtain patterns were picked up by The Vermont Country Store. "Aviary" is among the patterns that are currently being sold at The Vermont Country Store (for $100 each), but they currently do not offer the gold color.
