Looks like it may have some light screen burn, but cannot tell for sure since it will not boot up. • The back of the phone has heavy scuffs and scratches.• The phone shows the Samsung logo when plugged into a charger, but does not fully boot up and restarts over and over. Shuts off immediately if unplugged, so it seems like the battery went bad. Sold as-is for parts or to be repaired with no returns accepted.
