I think this is the The Royal Model 4000. For some reason these particular vacuum cleaners have more than one model number. On the sticker it says model number 89130 household type and it is a corded 9 amp vacuum cleaner with a black bag that weighs in at 18lbs. It is made in Cleveland, Ohio, USA by the trusted brand Royal and is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning solution. This vacuum cleaner is designed for use in the United States and comes with a range of features that make it an excellent choice for any household. This vacuum is in very good condition clean for the most part no damage that I can see. I don’t know a whole lot about these vacuum cleaners however I plugged it in. I turned it on it works. It runs fine. It has suction however at some point it looks like somebody ran over the cord so there are a couple tiny spots where the rubber cord casing has been worn away. Please see photos I did not wrap this with electrical tape because I wanted the interested parties to be able to see exactly what they’re getting. I’m sure if you wrap the tiny areas with a little bit of electrical tape, it will be fine and a good vacuum cleaner repair place can replace the cord fairly easily. I looked online and there are numerous places that sell all the different parts for this unit. Should they ever need replacing but from what I am reading these are built like a tank. I am flexible with the shipping method. eBay showed various options and the most affordable appeared to be priority mail. USPS however I am willing to work with you.
