The rod blank itself is very clean - only a few very light/small signs of use here and there that are both purely aesthetic and typical for a rod that's been fished a little bit. Cork handle is darker than new and without any physical issues. 8.5/10 overall. Original Winston rod tube and sock included. Rod has personalized inscription as seen in images.
