Description: This large magnet printed with a photo of the Andromeda galaxy in UV (ultraviolet) light. The UV light allows more of the inner structure of the galaxy to be seen. Magnet is about 1.5 mm thick and is quite sturdy. The printed image has a glossy finish, and so picks up some reflections in the photos. Magnet is shown attached to a metal white board (board not included). This is a NASA image taken by the GALEX satellite in 2003.
