An original piece made in the United States by well-known ornament designer, Gloria Duchin. The crest represented on the ornament is Trump’s adaptation of the family crest bestowed on the original owners of Mar-a-Lago; Mrs. Marjorie Merriweather Post and her third husband, Joseph Edward Davies, in 1939 by the coat-of-arms authority in Scotland. After acquiring Mar-a-Lago, Trump replaced the word “Integrity” on the original family crest with the word “Trump”. The Trump version was officially banned in the UK in 2012 due to the Scottish Lyon King of Arms Act of 1672; however, it is still in use in the US as the logo for the Trump brand.
