The 3 5/8" propeller is mahogany with cypress blades and mounts with a brass screw and a bushing . The plane mounts via a 2" deep tube pocket on a 1/4" metal pin ( included ) . Our metal to metal contact allows a free turning craft that will turn with wind direction. Mount on a fencepost , 2x2 stake , railing , found item , tree limb .... Anywhere or on anything you can drill a perpendicular hole and drive in the pin. This plane ships fully assembled
