Description: Here we have a fantastic, one of a kind, player worn 2009 Peoria Chiefs Ryan Butcher Game Used Illinois State Redbirds Theme Night MILB Minor League Baseball Jersey. This jersey is in excellent, lightly used condition with slight bleeding to the players signature and a slight factory flaw as there looks to be a real small “scorch” box at back numbers from the heat press. This is a common issue when the operator has the press temperature set a little too high for the fabric, thus leaving a little shadowed area as shown. The team wore these jerseys as is for a special theme night honoring Illinois State University. #25 was worn by Ryan Butcher who eventually made it to the big leagues for a few seasons, last pitching for the Diamondbacks in 2021. There are no rips, holes, tears, snagging or stains. No damages or issues that would make the item unwearable but again there is a small factory issue as mentioned. All original buttons are present and the graphics are all sewn down with no creasing, wrinkles, discolorations or detachments. Presumed to be game worn, there is no paperwork or COA but my knowledge in similar items leads me to believe that this was worn and signed post game by Ryan Butcher during the 2009 Season. Awesome piece that is very clean and ready to wear or display, the signature has started to bleed as seen, washing may ruin the signature further.
