Description: This is a Bronze & Gold coloured cable chain pendant necklace made from an Irish PENNY coin. The earliest is from 1971, latest from 2000. They all feature an Irish Harp with the year and the reverse has a stylised design of an ornamental bird taken from the "Book of Kells". They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail. The cable chain is Gold plated with a Lobster claw clasp. Length is 450 mm (18") which can extend to 500 mm (20"). The photos are for display purposes only so may not show your chosen year. An ideal gift for birthday or anniversary.
