Please note that this preowned, cute convenient-sized Paul Frank bag is waterproof and very clean; However, I did notice after purchasing it at a baby consignment shop that there is a tear in the plastic material on one side near the strap attachment. Someone has glued it but I think they could have done a better job and it could be repaired better. The strap seems to be secure. Despite this, I think the bag still has value and I’m hoping just to get my investment back from the purchase. These bags can sell for $40 new.
