It has not been really cleaned...just dusted off for those serious collectors who do not want too much arbitrary cleanings done beforehand to old items like this. Left eye lens barrel seems to have some cleaning coating marks (see photo #2) however you can see pretty good when viewing through it. Body has some scraches and scuff marks (see photos).
