I sent this mouthpiece to Brian Powell of the "Mouthpiece Guys" to have him address the couple of issues this mouthpiece had when I purchased it, and Brian performed the repairs and has provided his Professional Write Up (included with the photos) of the repairs and also confirmation that the 5 facing as stamped originally on this mouthpiece is still a 5. A copy of the Professional Review Letter produced by Brian Powell, that has been included in the photos of this mouthpiece, will be included with this mouthpiece when shipped.
