Description: "On the Way to the Philippines" is a Henry Reuterdahl print from Collier & Sons 1907 "Thirty Favorite Paintings by American Artists". Henry Reuterdahl (1870-1925) was a Swedish-American painter acclaimed for his nautical work. He had a long relationship with the United States Navy and was selected by President Theodore Roosevelt to accompany the Great White Fleet Voyage in 1907 to document the journey. "On the Way to the Philippines" is done in moody oranges, grays and white and features a naval ship on the ocean with a snow covered mountain in the background. It is 9.75" x 13" in overall size and 8.5" x 12.5" in image size and is in good condition. There is moisture damage on the back of the print that has not appeared to affect the image.
