We pack very carefully! SHIPPING: We only ship packages through the U.S. Post Office. I know that the Post Office is not careful with boxes so we pack accordingly. I wrap each figure individually and use padding to protect the figures and any original box. As a collector, I know what it is like to receive a box in the mail that rattles and has damaged figures inside from poor packing. I pack figures the way I would want to receive them. I have to purchase boxes for First Class shipping and purchase packing materials. Priority boxes are free. I try to charge only what the actual shipping costs are, plus a minor amount for materials. If I initially charge you too much for shipping, I will automatically refund the difference over a dollar. I go to the Post Office to ship about three times a week but not on weekends or holidays. I always add Delivery Confirmation to each box going to an address within the U.S. It generates a tracking number. Boxes going outside the U.S. will have a Customs Number with limited tracking. Insurance is always extra, so we can add it to your invoice if you want it. COMBINED SHIPPING COSTS: I always try to ship all of your purchases in a single box, so wait for an invoice from me if you buy multiple items.
