We are mostly PONTIAC people but found this on the shelf been there for years.we media blasted the small amount of rust off the balancer. Balancer has not been primed or painted still bare metal ready to be painted There are some small pcs of the rubber mounting chipped, but just cosmetic the seal is still solid and intact, should not effect the use of the part.
