Description: Under layout mount for NCE UTP panels without LED. Cutting holes in the fascia of my model railroad for any reason has always bothered me. Instead I designed these simple mounts the screw to the bottom of the layout. As an added benefit one can easily relocate UTP panels as your layout grows or if you discover that the spot you have chosen is not ideal after you have operated for a while. These mount utilize two #8 wood screws (included) for mounting. The mounting holes are slotted to allow a small amount of adjustment front to back so you can easily get the panel flush with the face of the layout.
