Hole #1 is on the inside bottom of the liner. The second one is on the shoulder of the top left sleeve. Both are pictured, circled in red, and next to a dime so you can see a size approximation. There is a piece of tape inside one of the pockets which may indicate another small hole, but we did not remove the tape so as not to disturb it.
